Accreditation
Currently Faith Theological Seminary is engaged in the process of pursuing accreditation through Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS). The review process is taking place during the current school year. Notification will be posted when the institution achieves candidate status. TRACS is recognized by both the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the U.S. Department of Education.

Faith Theological Seminary has its own independent Board of Directors and is a Delaware non-profit corporation under Internal Revenue Service code of 1986, as amended, section 501(c)(3) and section 170 of the code.
Certificate of Authority
Faith Theological Seminary is certified by Maryland Higher Education Commission as a Religious Degree-Granting Institution as set forth in Section 11-202 of the Education Article.
